1) All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery!

2) All other returns and/or exchanges must be made within 7 days.  Item(s) must be in the same condition as sold (unopened).

3) Returns & exchanges made after 7 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee wtih a 30 day limit on all returns & exchanges.

4) Shipping & handling fees are non refundable unless your return was a result of our error.

5) Our return address is 114 South Main Street, Salisbury NC 28144.  To help us process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We also recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection.
